Our services

Evolve House Buyers buys residential real estate directly from homeowners. Any offer we make is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Requesting an offer does not obligate you to sell.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: Evolve House Buyers property inquiry messages. If you opt in, we text you about your property inquiry — for example, offer updates, questions about the property, and appointment scheduling — and, if you separately agreed, occasional marketing messages about offers to buy your property.
• How you opt in: by checking a text messaging consent box on our website form, or by texting us first and agreeing to receive replies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
• Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then send no more unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at (757) 520-5157 or sam@evolvehousebuyers.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
